Guilty as Charged

I was once accused of throwing a very similar fedora to the one pictured below into the middle of the street because I had such a distaste for it......but I think its time for me to eat my words! I am pretty obsessed with everything about this fedora. I love the shape of it and the simple ribbon gives it a little feminine touch on a usually considered masculine item. I guess this time I have to admit I might have been wrong....sometimes a fedora works! :)

*P.S. I might have had a few glasses of champagne when I "supposedly threw the hat into traffic" it wasn't a completely crazy thing to do :)

**P.P.S Maybe if we called it something other than "fedora" it would help me ;)

Bellman Please!

If you ever have ever read any of my previous posts or ever really met me you know that I am obsessed with hotels. Firmdale Hotels are primarily in London, but yesterday they opened their first New York Hotel in SoHo fittingly called the Crosby Street Hotel and it is absolutely impeccable in every way. It is seconds away from anywhere you would ever want to shop, eat or gaze at longingly and I am pretty sure I just found my next justification for buying those not needed tickets to NY. Vanity Fair called it " the most prestigious thoroughfare in the neighborhood - all cast iron and cobblestones, slightly off the beaten track, lined with independent boutiques". Are you kidding me Reservations Please!!

*P.S. Maybe they will let me live there for a couple of months?

Definition of Adorable

OK if you were like me you were obsessed with everything that was "Felicity" even after she cut off all of that ridiculously pretty curly hair. When the show was cancelled I was a little embarrassingly sad, but Keri Russell somehow continued to be nothing but adorable long after the show. You see her in the lime light just enough to be reminded how subtle and pretty she is and I am currently obsessing over these shots of her in InStyle Mag. :)

**P.S. Her hair is perfection and I need that cashmere scarf desperately!

Sashimi Anyone?

So I am pretty aware that the only food this woman eats is one piece of Ahi tuna in the morning, however I am currently wishing I was as put together as she always seems to be. I am especially loving her current duel Elle Covers! Thoughts???
